I've not stayed in any of the other hotels in San Jose near the airport so I can't compare this one to others. The hotel does seem to be a bit older, this may be the case for most of the hotels in the area, I'm not sure. The hotel shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and back was nice, the shuttle and other staff at the hotel were nice and helpful. There are a half a dozen restaurants (including Starbucks, Subway, Redbrick Pizza, among others) just adjacent to the hotel, which is very convent. Luckily being near some major roads and the airport the there was very little noise, the room was fairly quite and the only nose was from people in adjacent rooms not from outside. The rooms have decent size LCD TVs with a modest selection of channels including one HBO channel. The bed was ok but not great, there is a selection of different pillows, which was nice (I like down pillows and there were a few of them along with some non-down pillows). The breakfast was above average (for a continental breakfast). Internet access was below average, but it is acceptable for checking the news and weather but un-usable for anything requiring more bandwidth, such as hulu.com. There is both wired and wireless Internet, the directions in the room on the table does not indicate wireless Internet is available in addition to the wired Internet connection. The heater was a little bit noisy and did really dry out the air when running. The towels in the bathroom were not very soft at all, not sure if that's just the way they are (cheap), or if they are old, or if fabric softer was lacking, either way the towels were below average IMO.

We spent one night here and will stay there again if in the area. The front desk staff was so helpful and nice. The room was very nice, didn't feel cramped at all. Everything was clean and in good working order. Staff was very friendly

We stayed there for 2 nights. It's close to SJC, free breakfast and shuttle to airport. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. They have very clean room . Didn't use fitness center but looked from outside and it looks nice and clean with free towels.
